The babies are doing extremely well and are a ton of fun these days!!! They are extremely interactive and spend quite a bit of time awake. They actually engage in back-and-forth conversations and love to smile and laugh. They also smile at each other now. We have started "Your Baby Can Read" and they are quite captivated by the video, cards and book. They are making great progress towards sleeping through the night and now go 6 hours without waking up.
As for me and Tim, our new schedule has been quite a challenge. We are both exhausted and miss being together as a family. It sort of feels like each of us is a single parent. At this point, we are both just counting down to April when I can be home again for a few months. We are doing our best to remember that this is just a temporary inconvenience that we have to endure now to have the life that we want for our family in the future.
